That’s why we built our Happy Home Memberships. Sign up once, and we take care of your appliances and HVAC on a schedule, so maintenance happens before the breakdown instead of after it. Think of it as worry-free living, on repeat.

Pick the plan that fits your home

• Appliance Maintenance Plan: $65/month or $650/year. Washer deep cleaning, complete dryer vent cleaning, dishwasher deep cleaning, and refrigerator coil and compressor cleaning. Annual billing saves you $130.

• HVAC Maintenance Plan: $75/month or $750/year. AC drain line cleaning, vent register vacuuming and sanitizing, bathroom fan exhaust cleaning, outdoor AC unit and coil cleaning, and furnace cleaning with a filter change. Annual billing saves you $150.

• Complete Maintenance Plan: $100/month or $1,000/year. Everything in both plans above. Annual billing saves you $200.

No long-term contract. Pricing is based on standard homes of 1,200 to 2,000 square feet. Larger homes and commercial properties can get a custom plan.

Why it’s smart to stay on the plan

Dryer lint is a fire risk, and a clean vent also means shorter drying times and lower energy bills. A clogged AC drain line can flood or shut down your system in the middle of summer. Dirty condenser coils make your AC and fridge work harder and run up your electric bill. Regular cleaning catches these problems early and keeps your equipment running longer.
